Thokozile Nkgadima is a Programme Administrator within the Operations Team at ACCORD. Prior to joining ACCORD, she attended Monash South Africa where she earned a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in International Relations. Thokozile also holds a higher certificate in Data Analysis from the University of Cape Town. She is currently completing her Honours degree in Policy and Development Studies with the University of South Africa. Outside of her academic pursuits, she is a speaker, volunteer and United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Youth Advisory Panel Member.Her interests include Mediation, Women, Peace and Security, and youth development in Africa. She aspires to be at the forefront of promoting Africa’s growth and development by fostering peace and unity.
