Dr Ndubuisi Christian Ani was a Junior Research Fellow with the Knowledge Production Department (KPD) at ACCORD. He supported the designing, implementation and monitoring of the Department’s research, policy development and conflict transformation initiatives. Having joined ACCORD as an intern at the Peacekeeping Unit in 2014, Christian contributed to the programme implementation research, curriculum development and conflict resolution projects of ACCORD across the African continent. Dr Ani holds a PhD in International Relations, a Master of Social Science degree in Conflict Transformation and Peace Studies and a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in International Relations (Cum Laude) as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (Summa cum laude). His publication and research interests encompassed issues on governance, democracy, human rights and security, conflict resolution, social cohesion, youth inclusion, race and indigenous knowledge systems.
