Martin Kalis earned his Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. He is currently an Associate with a local consulting firm and has assisted in research activities at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and the International Center for Terrorism Studies at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. His research interests include political violence, terrorism, NATO expansion, and conflict resolution.
