Dr Mark Hay currently is head of department and lectures in systematic theology at St. Joseph’s Theological Institute, Cedara, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. He holds a licentiate in dogmatic theology from the Gregorian University, Rome, and a Doctor of Ministry from Catholic Theological Union at Chicago.
