Dr Isaac Owusu-Mensah has over 15 years of teaching and research experience on various topics, including Ghanaian democracy and structures of democracy. He is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the University of Ghana. He has also been the Senior Programme Manager of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung since 2006.
