Haley Abrahams is a full-time independent proofreader, editor and writer, working primarily in the corporate and academic sectors. She has a particular interest in corporate social responsibility and integrated reporting, but her experience spans an extensive range of sectors and subjects. Her work ranges from corporate copy and academic briefs to internal publications, magazines and annual reports – and anything else involving words. Haley has been freelancing for more than a decade, after a corporate career in public affairs, media relations and marketing communications in the financial services industry in South Africa, and copyrights and journals marketing for a large academic press in the UK.
