Emmerson Ubisse, has been Provincial Delegate of the Christian Council of Mozambique (CCM), in Cabo Delgado, for the past 10 years. He is a Manager, Facilitator, Activist and General Secretary of COREM – the Council of Religions of Mozambique in Cabo Delgado and Representative Religious Leaders Network. He is also a Focal Point for Human Rights (Provincial Services for Justice and Labor), member of the Fiscal Council of the Civil Society Organizations Forum (FOCADE) and also member of the Coalition for Transparency and Tax Justice. Emmerson holds a BSc in Information Technology from the Catholic University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from UNICAF.
