Édouard Cishahayo is the Coordinator of the ACCORD UNPBF funded project, Towards Youth Inclusive and Gendered Peace Processes in the Central African Republic. Before joining ACCORD, he worked for the East African Community (EAC) Secretariat based in Arusha, Tanzania. He was handling matters relating to harmonization and compilation of monetary and financial statistics among the EAC partner States (Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda). He has been a lecturer of statistics in various universities in Burundi, Rwanda, and DR Congo. Édouard holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics from Hasselt University in Belgium.
