Dr Daniel Mekonnen, Dip Law (Asmara), LL.B. (Asmara), LL.M. (Stellenbosch), LL.D. (Free State), is Senior Visiting Researcher at the International Institute of Victimology (INTERVICT), Tilburg University, and has formerly been Judge of the Zoba Maekel Provincial Court, Eritrea.
