Boubacar Ba is a jurist and has a degree in law from the National School of Administration in Bamako. He is has worked as an expert in conflict resolution, small arms project management and local governance in Mali with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He is also a consultant for several international organizations and writes books and articles on the issues of development, governance and justice in Mali.
