Aphile-amanzima Mazibuko is a former intern at ACCORD.
Prior to joining ACCORD as an intern, she completed her Bachelor of Social Sciences degree, majoring in Political Sciences (International Relations) and Business Management (Marketing) at the University of the Free State. She is currently completing her Honours degree at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (Pietermaritzburg Campus) specialising in Public Policy and Developmental Studies. Outside her academic pursuits, Aphile-amanzima is a Pan-Africanist and social activist with interests in youth development and women, peace and security. She currently serves as the community Development Officer in a women empowerment organisation called She Leads. Aphile-amanzima aspires to continue to promote and contribute to Africa’s success through advocacy and policy in creating a united and peaceful continent we can be proud of.
