On 20 July 2017 the South African Military Ombud, Lt General (RET) Temba Matamzima visited ACCORD House. Lt General Matanzima was appointed by the President as the first South African Military Ombud on 14 May 2012, after the promulgation of the Military Ombud Act 4 of 2012.
