Finnish government officials take part in the annual Supervisory Board Meeting.

On Friday the 5th of May, ACCORD had a meeting with government representatives from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland at the ACCORD House in Durban, South Africa. The meeting was a Supervisory Board Meeting (SVB) of the African Peacebuilding Co-ordination Programme facilitated by ACCORD’s Peacebuilding Unit. This is the annual SVB meeting for the Programme, held around April/May each year, to approve the annual work plan and budget and reporting of achieved results from 2016.

ACCORD has had a long standing partnership with the Finland government as it continues to be one of ACCORD’s primary funders since 1992.
