Tor Sellström is a researcher with the Nordic Africa Institute (NAI) in Uppsala, Sweden. He is the author of Sweden and national liberation in Southern Africa, a three-volume study published by NAI in 1999/2002. Between 2006 and 2010, he served as senior advisor to ACCORD in Durban. In January 2011, Sellström was awarded the degree of doctor honoris causa by the University of Uppsala.
