On 18 December 2024 the Founder and Executive Director of ACCORD, Dr Vasu Gounden, participated in the second virtual meeting of the Global Peace and Security Alliance (GPSA) initiative.
The meeting was hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and Togolese Abroad and the Lomé Peace and Security Forum. GPSA is a unifying framework, fostering dialogue and collaboration among peace and security forums and platforms around the world to strengthen collective efforts to promote peace and security globally.
The purpose of the virtual meeting was to discuss the GPSA Global Peace and Security Alliance, its vision, objectives, and modalities of collaboration between forums and peace platforms in the interest of global peace and security.
