The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Training for Peace (TfP) Programme will be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on Wednesday 24 October. The AGM will be hosted by the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) which has invited directors and one programme officer from each of the partner institutions to attend.
ACCORD will be represented by the ACCORD Executive Director, Vasu Gounden, as well as the Senior Programme Officer for the TfP Programme, Yvonne Kasumba.
The underlying purpose of the AGM will be for all TfP Partners to have an opportunity to meet and discuss developments in and around the Programme in the past ten (10) months as well as to allow for the strategic planning of the third phase of the Programme which commences in 2008.
