Tamasang Tangie Willy

Research Intern: Knowledge Production Department

Tamasang Tangie Willy joined ACCORD in May 2016, as a Research Intern in the Knowledge Production Department. His duties included conducting research and assisting with monitoring and tracking of current developments on conflict in Africa.

Tamasang was doing a Bachelor of Social Science Masters in Conflict Transformation and Peace studies, at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where he obtained his Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Conflict Transformation and Peace studies. His other qualifications include a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Buea in Cameroon, a Customer Service Diploma from the Institute of Commercial Management in Bournemouth, England and a short course Diploma in Marketing Management from the University of South Africa.

Whilst in Cameroon Tamasang worked with the United Nations’ Global Fund in the Malaria project as Project team leader. He also practiced as a pupil’s lawyer and a journalist researcher.
