Dr S.P. Tunamsifu is a Full Professor of Law and Deputy Dean in charge of research in the Faculty of Law at the Université Libre des Pays des Grands Lacs (ULPGL-Goma/ DR Congo www.ulpgl.net ). He holds the degrees of LL.D. (University of South Africa, UNISA), M.A (University for Peace, UPEACE), and LL.B (Licence) (ULPGL-Goma). At present he is Director of the Centre Africain de Recherche et d’Education à la Paix et à la Démocratie (CAREPD) at the ULPGL-Goma.
